How to Meditate on Metta according to Karaniya Metta Sutta
According to the Karanīya Mettā Sutta, Lord Buddha had divided all living beings in to categories. They are;
- Weak beings
- Strong beings
- Beings with long bodies (i.e snakes, eels etc)
- Beings with Huge bodies (i.e elephants, whales etc)
- Beings with medium bodies (i.e horses, oxes etc)
- Beings with short bodies (i.e rabbits, cats etc)
- Beings with minute bodies (i.e insects, mosquitoes etc)
- Beings with round bodies (i.e turtle, sea shells etc)
- Beings who are visible (i.e all beings you can see through your naked eyes)
- Beings who are invisible (i.e gods, deities etc)
- Beings are far from you
- Beings who are close to you
- Beings who are born
- Beings who are expecting birth (i.e unborn babies in mother's womb, little birds in eggs etc)

live comfortably....
